Ninja stat optimization

Skill speed loses all of its value the moment you become TP starved. Only way it may have value equivalent to crit/det is if another ninja is in the party or if brd is gimping themselves to play paeon. Even then ninjutsus already cut into your gcd, why in the world would you want to cut into your gcd even more?(@those telling this guy to go for ss) I have 468ss and its literally the worst thing ever and i cant wait to replace my gear.

Scenarios in current coils with 468ss:
T10 - TP starvation
T11- TP starvation
T12 - enough breaks to avoid TP starvation
T13 - a fight in which if you luck out by not getting earthshakers in last phase actually sucks if you have too much skill speed.
