Depends on the game
The ORIGINAL Ivalice in FFT was a country, more specifically a very heavy British Isles+France analog, but then they decided they liked it and made it bigger. This is evidenced by the fact there's a single king of the land (the succession of whom is a major driving force for the War of the Lions).
Now, Ivalice is basically "Europe" in its world, as evidenced by the fact it has at least two different countries, one of which is an empire bent on conquering the rest.
Eorzea is more like the latter, being the "Western Europe" analog of its world, with the Garlean Empire representing "Eastern Europe," Doma representing Japan, and a few others I can't remember offhand.
Chupon WAS a summon (under a different translated name) in a couple games, namely FFVII as "Typhoon". I think I remember Ultros showing up in a few other games as a standard enemy as well.

Yup! Chupon/Typhoon was a summon in FF7 And the Anime Final Fantasy Unlimited!
The Soil Combination needed to summon Typhoon was:
An infinity that surpasses the heavens Sky Blue
A completeness that goes through solid ground Earth Brown
The deception to hollow out a dimension Magic Violet

Was curious if Zodiark mentioned by the Ascians in FFXIV was the same Ivalice Zodiark, saying same i mean literally the same being, remembering the stuff from Ivalice for example??
In question i refer in my first post Maehiro say that FFXIV Ivalice or even FFXI world are their own separate worlds, not same world in diff dimension or time, but with Zodiark appearence in FFXIV and ONLY in Ivalice i'm sure that Ivalice and Hydelyn are worlds in SAME UNIVERSE.
What you think ppl's??![]()

I think you should just let this thread die already.
