The Royalz (T13 on farm) is seeking hardcore raiders for primary and secondary group

Greetings, I am the GM of The Royalz, a Free Company blessed with having server 2nd Full FC clear for Turn 9. and server 3rd Turn 13.

Currently recruiting for:
Group 1: SCH, MNK -- T13 on Farm
Group 2: Full -- T13 on Farm
Group 3: Full-- T13 on Farm

We are looking for members who are fully confident that can fill the gap and thinks they have what it takes to competitively and aggressively push content.


Here is what we expect from you (note that not all apply for non-progression group applications but are preferred):

• Have T13 experience (Teraflare+)
• i120+ Gear (flexible on this but preferred)
• Are willing to use VOIP with a usable mic.
• Have an attitude that every night is a clear night.
• Must take well to criticism and are willing to work with others to improve yourself.
• Don't be a raid-logger. You need to play the game outside of raiding.
• Are willing to use crafted gear and work on rotations to push for top-tier DPS and to meet HP requirements.
• Are willing to take time off and push extra hours/days for progression when new raid content drops.
• Are willing to devote 2 days a week to Savage-Modes. (Both old and future)
• Either already have an alt, or are open to the idea of creating an alt to form an alt raid group.

Here is what you can expect from us:

• Enforced performance and contribution to every member
  
• A strong raid group with a solid attitude
  
• A competent FC with experience raiding since launch

Our raid times are currently Mon-Thurs 7:30-10:30 CST. Obviously, we will be pushing much harder for progression in the primary group. Group 3 begins raiding at 9:00 CST.

I have a few questions. Do you have to have a minimum of t12 exp for the second raid group as well? Or is that for group 1?
