    Looking for advice from Square on PSN DOWN / Eternal Bond

    Let me start off with what I paid for:

    I paid for a premium Eternal Bond Ceremony Via Mog Station 2 weeks ago. Due to the PSN being down, I was not able to log on at all yesterday and commence my ceremony. Between the marriage NPC and Square's own Eternal Bonding protocol, I have no idea where my marriage stands. I can't log on to get married. I cant log on to reschedule. When and how do I re-schedule? It's not fair as PC players can still take advantage of reservations... What is my step by step plan for obtaining this service I paid for?

    As stated on the website, you will be able to reserve your wedding again next Friday, unfortunately not from 10 AM but from 12 AM (and from now on, you wont be able to reserve at 10 AM) so be sure that every term will be already taken and nope, you arent the only one, due to ingame bug I have the same problem.

    It seems something more should be done as the user is dealt the unfair scenario. I will be calling them today. The page did not clearly explain the fault in the event of ddos. And just because many people are experiencing it does not make it any more justified.

    I was invited to an Eternal Bond ceremony but can't get onto the sever due to the attack. Wonder if I can still get my attendance gift? I'm guessing SE's answer will not be favourable.

    I think at this point, it would seem fair to compensate players who were involved in eternal bonding events. At this point, sadly I just want to get it over with. I followed all of the guidelines provided. Mind you those guidelines expressed the complexity of getting hitched. But still, I followed and paid for eternal bonding and now seem defaulted into a bad situation. Since the forum is lacking, I suppose I'll have to call the L.A. office.

    Eternal bond........

    Im supposed to have married my Babe. Yesterday after a hard days work during Christmass. Was supposed to be the highlight of my night. But now these A**holes have to F**CK'N RUIN Christmass world wide. Biggest F**CK'N Group of grinches.
    Now I have reschedule, not 2day, maybe next friday? So in actuality possibbly 2-3 Week. If that. F**ck'n BS!!!!!!!! Square Do something!!!!!! If Im paying my subscription fee I should be able to play!!!!!
    IDC if its Sony's problem my concern is that we the consumer have paid our dues to Sony and Square. So as a consumer are we stuck in limbo? Do we get compensated? What Da Fuque do we do?

    Hope the people doing all the attacks are happy knowing thousands upon thousands of people hate them and want to do them harm.

    This is not SE's fault. This is an issue with an attack on PSN, Sony's network. SE can not do anything about it, it is entirely out of their hands on that matter. I am sure SE will allow you to do something due to the extenuating circumstances, but coming here and raging about it isn't going to help. I'm sorry about your issues, and I hope they get resolved to your satisfaction.

    Fortunately I and my friend was able to reschedule this Friday before our wedding happened. Anyways I wish you good luck, because it took me lots of nerves to solve this..

    Congrats! I just wish I was more fortunate. I just hope it happens soon. Or at least have it acknowledged or addressed. I did also try an reschedule immediately after seeing the updates for possible maintenance on the 24th and 25th. I was unable to reschedule because my minimum time had not passed. It's as if by supporting the eternal bond since its release on the mog station, I've been penalized by default rather than rewarded.
