Upgrading from Trial to Full Game

My girlfriend started the trial about a week ago and decided to buy the game from Amazon, when she did, she received an 18 digit code in the from of 123456-000-123456-000 from Amazon and when prompted to enter the code on the Mogstation to upgrade, she was asked to enter a 20 digit code in the form of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. So obviously we're going to be having problems.

I sent in a ticket soon after and received a confirmation email but no reply on how to fix this issue again it's been days since then!

There was these sort of confusion before the game was launched and I find it very hard to believe that it still exists. This is very frustrating and I would love to play this game with my girlfriend. Especially since her account's already been charged and she's yet to be able to do anything with the game.

Contact amazon, you should not be recieving that code at this point, so they have stuffed up and sent the wrong one.

I contacted both of them actually. Still awaiting a reply. I figured SE's responsible for supplying the codes so I should contact them..but since you say that, I'll drill Amazon a bit more.
