Error 2002

Is anyone else having problems with error 2002? It has been like this for the past two days and have not been able to connect to the data servers. Every time I try, it takes a minute or so, then it pops up with error 2002.Please help, and thank you.

I was able to log on all of yesterday, but today I am also getting error 2002 whenever I try to log on. I am a PC user so I have restarted my computer and made sure my firewall wasn't blocking the game. I haven't seen this error since the summer time. It stinks that as soon as PSN comes back online this error shows for PC.

I am having this problem on both my PC and PS4. I cannot connect to the data centers (any of them) after logging into my account. This has been happening since around the 25th of December, I believe. My game has been re-installed, my account is paid for and Active, my internet is working just fine. I have no idea why I cannot connect to the data centers. I have changed no settings since the last time I played the game, which was on the 24th. Please help SE, I'm missing out on a lot of raiding and it's negatively affecting my play experience.
