    hi everyone,

    i am new to this game, i tried to use the duty finder for this main quest for the entire day, and i couldn't find anyone....

    can i still make a progress on this game without this quest?

    Hey there, you do need to complete this quest to continue the story line. I would suggest making a party finder for Cape Westwind clear and asking friends, LS, and FC for help.
