Why don't we have a TP potion already?

Think about it. This could be the next best thing for all DoW classes.
Make it so that it has a long-ish cooldown like 4 minutes. Can't be spammed but it will be there for what really matters.

Even better, gate it behind a content you really want people to try- Golden Saucer prize, LL DR daily. BAM, influx of every serious player into those contents.

SE can go as far as making it tradeable so it becomes the next Ehcatl Sealant.

Then potency would have to be nerfed to keep damage at expected levels. Did it ever occur to you that TP regen works as intended.

Would be nice to have, with current potion cd timers you would still need skills like invigorate, goad and paeon, just not as often. Would also be great for war/pld who don't have access to any tp restoration skills.

And if pld/war use DF and don't get brd or nin for dps? If it's two mnks or mnk/drg then most likely won't be an issue since really hard to speed run with that setup, but if you get two blm? War is really going to be hurting for tp at the rate they can burn down large pulls.

with an optimal party, tp shouldn't be an issue. However there can be any number of circumstances that cause DoW to run out of tp, from dps being under geared and making a pull take too long, to healer rezzing a tank or dow dps that needs to get back into fight asap (aoe phase, pickup adds, etc).

Is a tp potion needed for any content? No, but it would be very helpful for those OH S**T moments.

I don't see any reason that Icarus Wing/Regain Feather aren't available in PvE. Their recast should probably be longer though.
