Is this Zodiac weapon dungeon grind getting into ppl's heads?

I DF a lot as Healer, but this new zodiac dungeon grind seems to be getting into ppl's heads.

I notice this more often with Tanks. It seems like those affected by this mindless grind end up brain dead.

1) Large pulls, as in REALLY large pulls
2) Don't seem to care if the DPS jobs are suited for Large pulls
3) Don't seem to care if the DPS ilvl is suited for Large pulls
4) Don't seem to care about Healer's MP
5) Don't even use their defensive cooldowns
6) Turn on Sword Oath or off Defiance for extra "dps" during All out DPS burns
7) Charge straight into boss fight without even caring if any of the other members might be lagging behind or stuck at loading screen

Ends up with me dead, due to over heals. DPS dead due to over aggo. They themselves dead because the DPS can't burn the mobs fast enough or I ran out of MP.

Seriously don't know what are their issues. I'm still 6/12 ATMA.

Yeah, I'm sure that the 100% of the cases are not like that. And it's not the tanks, it's more noticiable because they are "leading" the run, but some DPS and healers sometimes ask the tank to pull more or DPS more or whatever.

People are always in a hurry, It's just further compounded when things are new and shiny. They'll only be new and shiny for so long, the time to stand in Mor Dhona rocking a Zodiac in your weapon drawn /cpose is now! Also, best to get use out of it if you spent the time getting it this far, before you end up getting an Encrypted Tomestone and whatever the sand is that renders it invalid until the next relic update.

Nothing really new there. It has always been that way really. Though it's really a damned if you do, and damned if you don't situation. Do small pulls I get yelled at to do bigger pulls. Do big pulls I get yelled at to do smaller pulls. At this point I just pull the amount I feel comfortable with given my ability to handle damage and the make up of the party.

15 dzemaels and 10 haukke between yesterday and today, yea I think I'm reaching my limit on trying to breeze through as fast as possible >_<

Sure, I run with DPS that have their gear sub par gear but I don't go guns akimbo, that turns to deaths = more time spent on old content.

I haven't forgotten my limits and I always check my teams gear and see if its up to speed, if not, they I take the run as normal, no over pulling madness

Why PF for zodiac dungeons if you are on atma? Obviously a PF group doing zodiac dungeon spam is going to make the largest pulls possible given you have to do some of these 30+ times.
