(reposted) Miqo'te Shield position offset!

I'm not trying to annoy anyone I've even submitted a bug... ;__; but the dev's never read anything but the General Discussion. So here is all the content I've gathered for this problem.

I just bought this rank 9 Bronze shield and put it on and noticed that the shield is off set it's more over to the right than in the center here are some pictures for you viewing pleasure sorry for the quality.

Also! I found a glitch with the shield while in active mode and casting a spell the shield wigs out bad look

Heres the video sorry about the lag Fraps does that.

you can see the offset of the shield better when I run. All the other races have the shield centered to their back.

Also you can see the shield wig out when I cast a spell.

I know the GM said he would submit the bug report... but I just need to know if this will actually get fixed it's bugging the H*** out of me and no ones been reading it except a few people. This is my last attempt and I wont bother the forums about it again. Please guys if you have this issue be it the offset of the shields with the Miqo'te or even with everyone with a shield on that wigs out when you cast spells. Please help me get this noticed by a Dev I just gotta know if they'll fix it or not! ^_^
