How do i change Local Time?

In the game, its on local time but that's not my exact time in real life..
I was curious if i could fix that some how.

Also does eternal bonding time go by that time as well?

ingame you can "if your pc" click on the clock" and it will show you 3 different time, Eorzea time, local time, and server time..

I know that, im asking if theres a way to change the time like...
It says for example 2:00 pm for Local Time on my Computer. But in reality is like 4:00 pm ...

That is strange. Normally the local time in game should match your PC's clock. Fiddle with the PC's clock and see if it helps?
