From what I can tell. When I tell Garuda to contagion. The command is buffering, so right after she is done with whatever she is doing she will execute your command. Same thing happens to me and Eos I tell her to whisper dawn, but she is embracing when the command goes out. But right after she embrace she will whisper dawn so it's all good.
