SMN pets basic attack should be an auto-attack

There is a trick with steady that forces the egis to stop whatever they're doing. Do steady->enkindle to have HellFire/Aerial Blast/Earthern Fury come out now instead of whenever. It also works with the egis regular moves.

I've been doing that as of late. Still wish the Egi's were more responsive though.
