Thornmarch Extreme not giving credit when completed

Hello. I am having problems with Thornmarch Extreme not giving me credit when completing it. I have only completed it once but that is due to the difficulty of finding a group to run it with. I have sent reports from within the game but I am not getting any responses. There are three in my FC alone having this problem and I am wondering if there are others having this issue.
I am also wondering if SE plans on responding to my inquiries to this? Not getting credit for completions is a serious issue that should be addressed yet I feel I am getting ignored in this regard.
Please reply if you are having this problem yourself and let SE know there is a problem here!!!!!

So it IS true. Someone in my FC was complaining about the exact same thing. He completed it two days ago.
