    Complain train, all aboard!

    Looks like we'll have to wait for 1.19(end of Sept) to find out what they plan on doing with MRD.
    So we'll have from then till 1.20 to complain our hearts out to sway SE to make adjustments in our favor.


    I really don't think MRD needs to whole slew of changes, just a couple tweaks to enhance their play style.

    What would I like to see?

    1. Broad Swing with 15 sec recast.

    2. Warmonger with 60 sec recast.

    That's it.

    It'll be interesting to see what they come up with at 1.19 and if we can actually change their minds come 1.20 based on our feedback.

    15s broad swing sounds nice.

    Other then that I think the class rapes monsters up the booty hole. Also, I would like to see more content that would allow us to play to our strengths a little bit more.

    I think with the new claim system and linking exp bonus on the way, MRDs are going to have a blast.

    Still think MRD needs more damage, which can be obtained by making Strength affect their weapons, and lancers, more than GLA and PUG. (Mainly its a problem with strength, more so than the class).

    I think the introduction of the Materia system is going to change a lot! it will allow us to bind stats like +5 STR to different weapons!!
    i feel like with this new system along with the removal of the physical level players will actually have a bit more room to truly become unique.
    i think these two things are extremely crucial before the introduction of sub classes such as DARK KNIGHT!!!! (Do i win a candy Lienn!!!???)

    Nop, sorry! *puts the candy back in jar* But a hint: Scimitars know what happen to an axe with these 2 equipped. =P

    That won't fix the problem. Because it's not that Marauders can't get strength... Marauders with 174 strength will deal less damage than Lancers with 120 so how will gear with +5 strength change that?

    Marauders with 174 strength still do slightly more damage than gladiators with a ONE HAND weapon at HALF DELAY.


    To an above posters ~ You don't have to adjust PUGs because THEY HIT TWICE. WHO CARES IF THEY HIT FOR LESS THEY HAVE 100% DOUBLE ATTACK RATE.

    Idk, I feel PUG is the one who is at the bottom of the list when it comes to pure damage. They good with evasion stuff and can tank well, but as far as DD go, I think they are last. IMO, wouldn't feel right to put them down even further just for the sake of MRDs feeling better about themselves.

    I know you guys would be waiting me to pop here sooner or later...but i won't complain this time. I think all i had to complain can be found in evry other topic of MRD forum already.

    Instead, lemme just point a thing....i like Warmonger as it is now...its effect is extremely violent right now and cutting the recast by half would probably also bring nerf to it. So i'd stick with the current warmonger.

    IMO the focus here could be discussing the less useful actions, like Barbaric Yawp, Enduring March and, in special, Iron Tempest. Also, assuming they will be removing the attribute convertion traits from guild mark vendor (they will be pointless to stay ingame with the removal of physical level since they were exactly to help players balance the classes without having to do reassign) so would be a nice thing tossing actions or traits that would be nice having there...two examples:

    Monkey Grip: Increases the weapon delay in 50% but allows you to hold a 2-handed weapon with one hand.
    Featherblade: Decreases the weapon attack in 10% and the delay in 50%.

    I give a candy to however tell me what equipping these 2 traits would generate. ^^
