The other day I went to the WoW forums and they were discussing the exact same thing. Sadly, the DPS queues are atrocious, not only here but in WoW as well. Mostly because, overall, it's the most played role. This is something that will probably happen on every game that uses the trinity (tank-healer-dps). There're actually ongoing plans to populate low level dungeons, which is the relic. It forces you to go and kill things in low-level dungeons.

The rewards, even though they're actually nice, sometimes don't justify spending 2 hours (Metaphorically speaking) running a dungeon while you can perfectly do x2/3 high-level/expert roulettes and SR your way through. It doesn't help to lose all your skill when the level-synch occurs. .-. It makes it real boring... and your gear, being synch'd as well, it feels like you're using an NQ gear-set for that level of challenge.
