Improve the Roulette System

I feel like the duty roulette does a pretty good job. I've never seen anything close to an hour long queue for anything except maybe Frontlines during off hours.

But I do agree that the few instances that aren't in a roulette ought to be. I would love to see Ultima Hard Mode included in the Trial Roulette.

I am all for EX trials roulette. I don't even care about reward, just wanted to help people who stuck on any EX primals.
