So me and my wife paid extra for the chocobo mount and so we could schedule ours earlier than the free marriage. we took the first date we could get. 12/25/2014 at 12:00 am EST which was scheduled way before we knew anything about a surprise maintenance to fix a seasonal quest and add crap to cash shop. a seasonal quest that was working already and more crap for people to buy. now we have to wait till next friday to reschedule. so now pretty much we only paid for a mount that we cant get till we are able to get married. which could be months sense we got a surprise maintenance so that have to take a date that is after pretty much all the free weddings. we are not the only ones that this will happen too. there is another surprise maintenance coming up soon that SE waited to say anything about till after people already scheduled their wedding for that day. my wife wants the mount but at the same time this type of stuff makes it not worth paying to get something that you have to wait months to get because SE decides that they want to do maintenance for something as stupid as adding hats in the cash shop. I dont even count that stupid quest as way they did a maintenance...... fix this problem. people that paid should not have to wait till after all these free marriage happens just because you want to add more to the cash shop!!!!!!

You are not the only one. When we reserved the NPC lagged, it took 40 minutes to reserve our spot and my partner did not get the blank invitation even when he had free slots in inventory. So now, the wedding will be postponed, because GMs does not respond to us. )
Which kind of means that we will marry in like.. 5 months?

SE needs to do something about this or give players their money back.
