Detach Aurum Vale from Ampdapor Keep.

I've been leveling an alt and as I reached the end of the main story, the first thing that makes sense is relic.

This needs to happen. There is no roulette tied to Aurum Vale. The queue was 71:00 before giving up yesterday. The queue is now 83:00+ as I'm typing this. I'm on Paladin, and 0 other players have joined the queue.

This is a hard block for new characters finishing the main story, trying to get their relic.

i'm pretty certain low level roulette is tied to AV.
queue times vary for numerous reasons. enough players to compose a full party. who's first in line. in the case of aurum vale being high level, not only do you need to wait for all the tanks and healers to be matched up with those who queued up first, but by the time your turn comes, you need people that meet AVs level requirement. then there's the possibility that even if you had 3 of 4 that met this requirement, some of them may be scooped up for lower level dungeons as more lower leveled people get in line for roulette.

My face cringes when i get av in low roulette cuz unless the other ppl knows about the fruit system we r gonna have a bad time lol/ super duper slow run which will require me to explain everything.
Weird tho i haven't gotten AK since 2.3 lol...

Most likely the reason they made AV part of the Zodiac quest to try and funnel some people into it, and like most previous attempts to rehash/revitalize content for the relic quest, it will dry up again soon enough if it hasn't already, especially since a lot of people aren't bothering with the relic quest. There really should be more motivation to do older dungeons other than the rare low level roulette that really isn't worth doing, and probably a lot of level 50s outright ignore as part of their daily routine, I know I do.

Sadly it's simply a problem with the instanced nature of the game. The problem of story progression being tied to dungeons, especially old dungeons that not a lot of higher level players want to run because there's really no reason to, thus low level players being stuck with long queues, won't really go away until they make dungeons accessible with as many people as you want, even solo, in Heavensward.

"Eat a fruit when you've got 2/3 stacks of the poison effect". There. You're welcome. Coincounter requires more explanation if you want to actually cover the way his different attacks work.

Either way Aurum Vale's just in a really, really weird spot because few people doing Low Level Roulette will actually be high enough level to even qualify for Aurum Vale, sadly.
