If that is the case then they can take away the trophies for FFXIV, it's not like they are that important since we have in-game achievements.

Edit: Alx789 it seems everything I own from PS4 games, be it digital or physical, cannot play any games since it all requires PSN to be up which sucks even though I really want to just play my FFXIV.

I think that Sony wanted more money from ps4 customers. I bought 1 year subscription for psn+ only for ability to play network gamees. They propose some other bonuses, but they are unusable for me.

If sony is completely incapable of keeping Psn or returning it to any state of functionality then you shouldn't lock games behind it.

At this point it's completely ridiculous.

We are paying for a game we can't access because of an arbitrary authentication system that shouldn't be necessary.

I think Japanese PSN is hit also. I used to be able to get up there before but now I get the same errors. I think even the japanese players are mentioning it on their forum. Wonder if Square can come up with something for the Ps3/4 players. I agree this is ridiculous.

i'm from the uk It was opened for a short 5 min window (apparently) then we just got hit by a maintenance that started ... 3 hours ago and may not end until the Dosing ends by tomorrow :\ i have only until the 30th to play until my sub ends and because of this i have already lost a few days of it :c

Thanks for the update man . A lot more help then Sony was . I don't think we'll see a reboot till mid next week due to servers probley being fryed from overload of traffic

It is Sony's fault , in the past 4 years we have been hit with the same ddos attack . Now that we pay for the online feature we expect this not to happen . To be hit twice by the same attack in the past. 2 months shame on Sony for not securing the servers for being tight on internet security
