Shout out to Xenosys Vex for inspiring me to work on this gear list.

I have put together a list of gear to meet the accuracy cap for T13 (560), and maximize strength and determination while minimizing parry:

601 strength, 568 accuracy, 455 critical hit chance, 329 determination, 420, skill speed, 7939 HP out of defiance (roughly 9925 HP in defiance depending on racial stats) and 394 parry.

This build requires Lava Toad Legs to meet the accuracy cap. An alternative build leads to less accuracy and skill speed, as well as slightly more crit:

I am aware that 421 skill speed is the magic number to attain 9 GCD skills before pacification following berserk. I am not positive if a skill speed of 420 is enough to achieve the same results and am unable to test at the moment. If that is the case, it may be possible that the 471 crit/405 SS build outperforms the 455 crit/420 skillspeed.
