Ceremony setup: Done
Problem: I click the NPC at chapel and was send to seperate room Allways. Partner click NPC and was send to chapel with guests and kicked out right away with the notice: The ceremony is over

Its really a shame, we paid for it,waiting 2 weeks for the ceremony date,spend 2 Hours to Arrange everything ,inviting friends ,setup everything to record the ceremony,to find out my partner CANT enter.
We Did finish the quest on day 1.
We equip Everything,Ceremony clothes,the bracelets,we were in party,we had each a blank invitation.
I click the NPC and was sent to a seperate room,but when she clicked the NPC she was send to the chapel with the guests and was automatically kicked out of the chapel with the notice: This ceremony is over
She tried it for like 15minutes till the ceremony was canceled duo the both pair not bieng at the ceremony...
Its a shame to hear nothing from the Support,shame to read other post with same problem but no official reply from SE...is SE ignoring this issue?
Did you SE have to wait 2weeks to get our money like we had to wait 2weeks for a bugged ceremony? No our money was in your account right away.why do we hear nothing? Why is this issue bieng ignored?
Several people checked if we had everything on as needed to start the ceremony and Yes we did. So are we going to get a official reply or are we bieng ignored like other people who had the same problem??
