This morning when I logged in after maintenance, I noticed my quest list was too short. I quickly determined that one of my 4 relic sidequests was no longer in my journal.
I had already obtained the blood key items from Wanderer's Palace, Copperbell Mines HM and Hullbreaker Isle and was up to Qarn HM (and turned them in as the quest progressed).
I did 2 Qarn HM runs last night before maintenance but did not get the drop. I had to exit the second run because of pending maintenance.
Method In His Malice has completely disappeared. I logged out and relogged in. Nothing. I went out to the NPC in Central Thanalan and he offered me the quest like I had never done it. What can be done to restore me to the point I was at? Or am I forced to re-open this quest and start over?
EDIT: I've also sumbitted IN GAME bug report (twice) and it's not showing up in my history of reports like other times I've submitted though Help desk....
