    click to move style movement is really helpful for players with the use of only one arm, though that is somewhat of a rare case (I'm being totally serious in case anyone thought I was joking for some reason). Of course, as the OP stated, there are other uses for it.

    The one reason I've seen brought up in this thread that hits the nail on the head. Accessibility. Not everyone who plays games has all limbs accounted for; whats more this feature would be beneficial for people with impaired motor control (Cerebral Paulsy for example)

    Adding options like click to move can only help those who love to play games but need alternate controls.

    Ideally this would work the way it does in other MMOs which offer this feature. Left click for targeting, selecting and interacting with NPCs, right click for click to move and click-drag to move camera.
