    Late night or PST time static

    Hello,

    EDIT:
    Still looking for PLD and WHM. We plan to start next week after the reset due to the holidays.

    I'm looking to start a static that raids after 9pm PST OR Friday/Saturday at any time. I'd like people around my experience level so no one feels like they are being dragged down. I've gotten T10 to 5% once or twice, so third phase experience is preferred.

    What I expect from a static:
    1.) Progression every time we step into coil.

    I will not be a part of a static that is happy stagnating. I understand people have bad days - that's acceptable sometimes. Otherwise, we should always be improving, learning and getting better. Anyone that is constantly holding the group back will be asked to leave - I am no exception.

    2.) Consistency

    If you cannot make it on a regular basis, you are not really a part of a static. We will try to set times that everyone can meet and once agreed upon you're expected to be there. Of course exceptions are made and emergencies happen.

    3.) Accept Criticism

    No one can know everything about everything. If you make mistakes or just are doing something wrong and get called out on it, an acceptable response is expected. I will not try to embarrass you for doing something wrong unless you get defensive about it. Then you're fair game.

    Hello Skizzle. Sorry I missed you yesterday. I do not yet have the leverage to say that we can run you through T9 and start on T10 and everything will be fine.

    If you are able to get through T9 on your own then we may be in business.
