Error 11060

[Rhas]

I been getting this error since I've gotten a new playstation 3 and gone home for christmas. I am trying to downloading the game via the client but this error keeps kicking me off every 1-2 minutes, I can't download the game to play.

Any help would be appreciated, I saw some other people in the past report this problem as well but no one answered them. (One did, saying that you should try enabling then disabling cookies, I did that, didn't work)
