2 Particular S Ranks

Nunyunuwi has not been seen in my server for weeks.

I'm sure a month has gone by that we haven't seen him, though it could be more.

He's not getting ninja killed, that I am certain.


I've been searching, perusing threads, and trying out my own hypotheses, but none of them pop the elusive golem.


There is no shortage of fating in the zone.
I've tried battlecraft leves, I've tried mining, I've tried doing all the existing fates in the zone and even camped the rare ones.

It's too early to say that Fates don't spawn him because a specific condition during fates may be what it is. but at this point I'm pretty sure just spamming fates isn't spawning him.

The same goes for Lampalagua. He has spawned regularly--every 2-4 days, and I know his supposed spawn method is to spam battlecraft leves, but a friend and I went and used about 40 allowances (combined, that's like 80) in the zone (even some GC ones), yet he did not show.


So what is it with these two S ranks? (Especially Nunyunuwi, if he has been gone for over a month, then he definitely has a trigger, and we're definitely not meeting it, and I want to know what it is).


Any helpful input/knowledge would be greatly appreciated please and thanks.

Is Nunyunuwi the one in Sth Than where all fates in the area have to be cleared for an hour?

Nunyunuwi spawned on Sargatanas just the other day. And yeah, that's the south thanalan fate-related one.

Yep, that's the one.

That's the issue though--my friends and I have been concentrated splitting up and clearing fates for the past three days, and before that people were always still fating in the area, so I don't understand why he's not spawning. At all.

We spawned it on Siren couple days ago. You cannot fail a single fate for one hour straight. This counts for the the activation ones. There's a total of 6 of those, and it count as fail if they disappear before you activate them.

I see...So say if some random stranger in the map happened to trigger an activated one and failed it, or failed the fate they were soloing, the hour that it takes to spawn Nunyunuwi resets?

Even after there were some people already working on other fates?

That seems ridiculous. Could explain why we haven't seen him in over a month then.

That's correct, one of the possible fail can be the the at (19,35). If the escort die, then its a fail and reset the counter.

I can assure you, the trigger for Nuny is not letting any fates fail for an entire hour. It's proven. One thing to remember though is, the player triggered fates don't hang around, they have a timer that you have to activate them within or they despawn. If you miss them and don't trigger the fate, it counts as a fail. There are five fates in the zone that are player triggered, you must check their locations frequently.

Hard to find people though who want to stay in a zone and fate for an hour, so we'll be stretched thinner.
