Shiva is a Elder Primal where you even paying attention to the story.New summons. If jobs only get Two new skills (55 and 60) then at least one new Carbuncle for Arcanist. I know Shiva isn't a true Primal, but I will be a little upset if I can't have my Ifrit, Shiva, Ramuh triad, and I'm suspecting a Leviathan egi.
If we get a new carbuncle, and therefore a new Fairy for Scholar, I'm not sure how I would want that to go. Since fairies are all off healers, I can't get my Ideal of a non chocobo tanking partner for my Scholar, So I can work on my Tank co-operation while solo. Maybe one with de debuffing skills?
I wouldn't mind some sort of skill that made it worth it to swap in and out summons during a fight, but I can see why that probably wouldn't work.
Haven't actually gotten that far. From reading the forums, I'm mostly running into conflicting rrports on that topic. Some seem to say she's an Elder Primal, others seem to say she's the same breed of entity as King Moogle Mog, a story known so strongly that the combination between it, worship and Aether make it very much like a Primal, if not technically the same thing. Some Retort that that is exactly what an Elder Primal is. If the last one is true...

I think we will get some more class skills and traits as well as new Job Skills (classes arent being removed too much work but theres a thread for that lol)

- Bio III - An AOE Bio
- Miasma III - Aoe again but with increased potency
- Tri Disaster II - An Aoe Dot that has Bind and Confusion and potency of 90
- Warp - A Dot that deals umbral aspected damage and can Paralyze.
- Bane II - Or a trait that allows bane to target 5 Mobs
- Fester II that incorprates Bio,Bio II, Miasma and Misama II
- A spell like Boil that causes damage to target only when all three Bio dots are on and a similar spell for Miasma
- A fourth stack of atherflow
Levi and Ramuh egi are a given but maybe a Shiva or Mog egi (I know mog isnt technically a primal but still)
Also for white mage/ Conjurer
Aero III and Stone III are a given and maybe a AoE Esuna
Black Mage
Tier III spells again
Mind isn't the problem with Paladin's healing potential. The majority of the healing potency comes from the Magic Damage stat on your weapon. Paladin has 0. Give them 400 Mind and they will be healing for 300 instead of 200.
Shiva is not a elder primal and not a primal. She is a legend. In the legend she was mortal and a citizen of Ishgard. She gave her body to a dragon and became the first heretic. For the Ishgardian she is a witch, for the heretics she is a saint.

Honestly, for White Mages I would prefer more means to help conserve or regain MP along with providing important utility. Scholars never seem to worry about MP and have been dwarfing White Mages in every aspect. As such, here are my Skill wish list.
Stone 3 with a twist. Rather than just be another damage skill, have it provide a minor stone skin on the user when cast. Nothing major, just something as a means to add some personal mitigation while helping during a DPS crunch.
Osmosis: White mages need a quick way for MP recovery. Relying on saint's shroud in a long fight is never good and having to throw out heavy heals and raises can drain you fast. Could make it water based with a simple dmg to mp formula.
Reraise: The ultimate back up that can help people learning the ropes or just to give someone a second chance in case of the worse. Make it out of combat only to prevent abuse, and maybe even a moderate cooldown so the user must choose who to give the reraise to.
Have a whm spell that uses HP to gain MP similar to BLM
I like the reraise idea. Make it so it can only be cast on another party member, not self. And make the cool down probably around 7-10 minutes, only outside of battle, and only able to be cast one one party member at a time. For ex. If someone in the party has reraise cast on them, even if they don't die, whm cant cast it while it applied on another, even if cooldown timer is full again. Would make for good strategy. Maybe make it that it takes a portion of the mp for whm and that mp is not able to be used while reraise is active. Almost like having a charge on your bank account. Even though money has not been taken out yet, that money is unavailable to you until its processed....
