A black mage skill like that might cause some issues considering the fact a white mage can heal themselves or use regen. An attack style spell would at least require some strategic planning thinking when to best use it.

AS for the ideas for Reraise, I can agree with longer cool down, but the other bits make it a little complicated. White Mages are already pressed for MP. Taking off 700+ in a big battle before it even starts is a big handicap. The only one thing would be halted by the fact the long cool down would make putting it on everyone a waste of time(or with the cool down 10 minutes, give them no time left.). Stacking it one person would not be a issue either when you look at stoneskin and protect. It's the equivilent of 1 free swift cast raise a boss fight. Not a huge advantage, but it would make having a white mage with you a boon rather than a lesser Scholar.

After defeating Shiva and going back to the Seven Scions of dawn they clearly state the readings they got from Shiva was that she was indeed a Primal. Shiva was summoned by Lady Iceheart using her own body as vessel for Shiva's Spirit so she is a newly created Primal. SE can give the Summoner a skill that allows them to summon Primals by letting the Egis use them as a vessel like Lady Iceheart and Louisoix Leveilleur did with their Primal Essences.

And Moggle Mog gets the same statement. Shiva is the same as Moggle Mog in terms of Primalness. It's just confusing for them because Primals are always cases of actively worshiped figures, which doesn't apply to either of them.

And Elder is old Primals, around the time of the Allagan Empire in all likelihood, not just pre 6th Astral Era.

Shiva was a new born Primal of flesh and blood unlike Moogle Mog because she was using Lady Iceheart as her vessel.

Essentially we know (so far) that Primals can be summoned in several ways;

A) Tribute/Believers & consumption of aether (Ex: Garuda, Ifrit, Titan, Moogle, Ramuh, Leviathan, Bahamut)
B) Offering the Primal deity your own aether & body as a vessel or conduit (Ex: Shiva, Phoenix, Hydaelyn)
C) Elder Primals (Ex: Odin)

They've repeatedly hinted that there are even more ways for Primals to manifest and that we've only scratched the surface when it comes to understanding aether.

Bahamut is an Elder Primal as well. Believers are required for the summoning of a Primal as well. Shiva and Phoenix had people praying for them too, even if with Phoenix it was kind of a roundabout way. Who is summoning Odin and what his deal is will presumably be handled in this latest patch.
