Healer should not dps in the dungeons?

I was in the snowcloack today and some kind of bard started whining about that cause i did dps and spam holy in the aoe pulls. Nobody died in that whole 15min dungeon and just before the last boss i get kicked from the party because i did dps as whm. If i keep everybody alive do it really matter if i m doing dps? They just said "you should only heal because your role is healer if you wanna dps you should roll dps"

You shouldn't DPS on hard content where MP is a problem, but on dungeons yes you should definitely DPS. You're not going to need to heal all the time and it doesn't help anyone for you to sit there doing nothing. Your group are a bunch of retards. Just ignore them.

As a tank, if a healer isn't dpsing I'll consider putting sword oath on to make up the dps lost, that is only if the healer isn't healing too, its not like there's much that can kill me or I could lose hate. Once or twice after putting sword oath on, the healer sometimes starts healing and dpsing which is even better.
