Healer should not dps in the dungeons?

I was in the snowcloack today and some kind of bard started whining about that cause i did dps and spam holy in the aoe pulls. Nobody died in that whole 15min dungeon and just before the last boss i get kicked from the party because i did dps as whm. If i keep everybody alive do it really matter if i m doing dps? They just said "you should only heal because your role is healer if you wanna dps you should roll dps"

I dps as WHm and Scholoar all the time. Making Mobs die faster is in the Healer's best interest. Keep dps'ing

Tbh that bard was one that should have been kicked, WHM's that doesnt holy are more annoying than those who does. As long as tank has atleast 1HP everything is fine :3

The only problem I have with WHM's dps'ing as a BLM is that they kill the mobs too fast and break my cast when trying to FLARE! LoL. Way to go.

Hey op, I'm new here, but I've played lots of mmo's, most part as a healer. I can tell you, healers that can keep up the heal and dps when they are able to are the best.

You just found a noob player that thinks he's a pro.

If this were a speed run kind of thing happening, then yeah you did everything right and that Bard is a moron. Even if it wasn't throwing out some DPS every now and then is still beneficial to the run regardless
