None whatsoever. In fact, I heard that not only is Warrior's damage not going to be buffed, but it's going to be nerfed into the ground, while DRK gets all of the Warrior's skills in equivalent terms plus some new spells. It's going to just be better. Also, the DRK isn't going to use any of the gear you worked up to get as a WAR, so you'll have to start from scratch there, too.
