What changes can be made to Wolves' Den to make it more attractive to pvpers?

maybe the moral was a too high buff but complaining about loosing at better ranked was not a good idea, because rank restriction killed it by making queue too long.
also there is not point to queueing to play for a short time, need best reward.
Need more than 1 round, why just one game it can be down fast 1 to 5 minute.
Need a ranking.
PVP server ? 4vs4 is boring, but get killed by a PK when you doing something else than pvp is fun...
