I think the priority of Bloodletter vs miserys end might also depend on what type of target youre facing. I was thinking about this tonight in t13. For example, if I'm finishing off a Bennu or a blackfire I prioritize miserys end more because like you said, I'll probably only get to cast it once before the thing dies, and if I don't get it off its a waste of dps. But on the big Benus or a boss I think I'd prioritize bloodletter over misery's end. Because of bloodletter procs. Bloodletter cannot proc unless its on cd. So I want to cast it asap. Many times bloodletter procs, I hit it immediately, and it immediately procs again. SO if I had casted misery's end instead of that first bloodletter in that situation I would have missed the second crit that led to the extra blooletter proc. I don't know that I'm right. I'm just trying to think about it logically.

I very much have same rotation as Bluskyy. My crits are very nice when they happen, not blm nice but still good, lol
I would say do not let dots fall off, just like smn so i would re apply them
    What is your accuracy atm?
For T13 you need over 500 acc
I am not yet in final coil so sorry i could not offer advice related to it

Hi Tiva, i think you opening rotation needs some more work, as well as your buff rotation. (These are the primary reasons why some bards are able to pull a lot more DPS then others)

For example, my opening rotation looks like this:

Raging Strikes/ Hawk's Eye > Bloodletter > Straight shot > Blood for Blood/Internal release > Windbite > Flaming arrow > Venomous bite > Barrage > Blunt arrow etc.
5 seconds before my Internal release ends i re-clip both of my dots to make sure they are reclipped again with all buffs still on.

This means you have a total of 30 seconds of buffed dots.

Buff rotation: NEVER use just Barrage without any of your other buffs. Clip atleast Hawk's eye & Blood for Blood with every usage of Barrage.

I'm easely pulling 450 DPS at 3 minutes without party buff/food/pots this way.

I've made some adjustments to my opener as others metioned as well. I've always been casting barrage when its up, not waiting for another cd. I'll try it this way. THank you!

Bard has the lowest sustained. Our dps will continually drop the longer a fight goes on. We can start strong the first few minutes but lose about 20 dps about every 3 minutes past that.

Actually it drops due to songs, if not, it is quite "sustained" over long period of time because our moves aren't varied, we have no combos to alternate with, the only variable is crit hit and BL procs

    here's my rotation:

off global cooldown order - bloodletter(reapply whenever available) > hawkeye > raging strikes > blood for blood > barrage
you weave these between global cooldowns. if you have a good ping you can insert 2-3 of these in every global cooldown. if misery's end and bloodletter are both available prioritize misery's end, but again if you have a good ping you can cast them both.

global cooldown priority - straight shot > windbite > venomous bite > heavy shot(filler)
once you have like 5-6 seconds left on hawkeye, reapply your dots. always prioritize your dots before anything else and clip them whenever a buff is about to expire(with the exception that straight shot is about to expire)

    buff rotation after opener:
    internal release
    hawkeye + b4b + barrage
    internal release + raging strikes

    hope this helps

3 or 4 DPS can be the difference between an enrage wipe and a kill in early progression.
