Lightning Event

Previously limited time events in game appearing in the cash shop later is one of the least annoying cash opportunities (imo). I'm quite anti-cash shop but I'd almost see the seasonal items being always available (even if at cost) is both fair and yet respectful of those who attended the first time. You'd then basically be getting cash valued items for free in game, if you attended - it would also encourage them to create items that people would want to purchase later if they missed it or are new (encourages at least a few decent items to be made). Lightning event is not really seasonal but I don't suppose why it can't just be defined as "limited event items" in the future.

Exclusive items are and will always be annoying to me though, even if I am financially able to make such purchases - stuck between mindless want and calculated value "1/3 the price of a 20-60 hour game or a mount that was already present in game... y u do this to me SE" lol.
