A Relic Reborn quest isnt avaible for me. I am looking on web where is the problem and cannot find answer

Complete Class Quest
Complete Job Quests
Complete Main Scenario Quest
Complete The Aurum Vale (or Dzemael Darkhold)
Complete Amdapor Keep.``

Aurum Vale and Amdapor is clear. Veil of Wiyu i have now. Let Us Cling Together last story Q i finish yesterday. Bust still Nedrick Ironhear cannot have relic reborn quest..

Is there any way I can check what i miss in game?

Did you enhance your relic to Zenith yet?

If you didn't buy 3 Thavnairan Mists in Mor Dhona (150 Soldier each) and enhance your weapon to the Zenith Stage. After that the Atma Quest should be startable
