Is it possible to transfer your personal plot into a deed or something? And then use that to give to your FC to use?
Please, any help would be fantastic.

No you can only relinquish your plot for free. :/ There's no refund at all for letting go of your house.
I'm sure if you could sell your plot for even a single gil there would be a tidal wave of people making up wild fantasies of how RMT will completely take over the housing market.
Not the answers I was looking for, but even making it account bound would be nice because when I could make an FC and give it full benefit..
Also.. what does this mean:
Link: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-%2810-30-2013Q: Will we be able to sell our houses (including the furniture)?
A: This will not be possible. You can only trade the deed, so you would have to revert your house back to a deed to do this.
Funny, I sold the opportunity to purchase my fc's small plot for 12 mil.
There's two ways to sell your house:
- Invite the buyer into your Free Company, he pays you the amount of gil you want, and you give him the rank of "Master." This essentially gives him the entire FC: The house, the furnishings, and the entire plot. The easiest way to conduct this trade is to have them insert the entire lump sum into your Free Company Chest (or half now, half upon delivery if you don't trust each other.) Otherwise you have to trade 1 million gil over and over.
- Your FC is NOT for sale but the buyer can pay you to destroy your house and relinquish your land. This method requires the buyer to pay for the house twice. He pays once to get you to remove your house which puts the empty plot back on the market. And then he pays AGAIN to re-buy the actual plot that's now up for sale at the Placard.
Note: The cost of the house resets back to its original server default value when its land is relinquished. In other words: You could end up paying 4.5mil for a Small and 37.5mil for a Medium even though the original owner may have paid half that.
OP said personal house, not FC.
For example:
Small plot of land at 1.7 mil, lost. It goes back on the market at the usual price. Then someone else can buy it (from SE, not you.)
House permit (or deed as they call it) 450k, can be sold.
In essence, the FC should've been the ones to buy the house. Now you have a house, or you're out the gil. :/
In addition, any placed furniture is lost as well since, like gear, once it's placed it can only be used by the owner.
