Making a sacrifical chamber, need suggestions

In my personal house (small), I made my basement into a "hidden" (put a partition and left it slightly ajar at the door) sacrifical chamber. I'm liking how I've got most of it set up, but there's just some things missing!

I'll add pics later once I can move them from my PS3 to my comp. Sorry for making everyone tolerate descriptions!

I have a fireplace in the towards the far end, with a demon wall on either side of it. I love this part of the design.

I have two each of the vodroigia and gargoyle statues situated behind candleabras in a circle around the Allagan table. I may adjust placements of the statues, does anyone has a recommendation regarding whether to put them next to each other or diagonal across? Right now they're diagonal.

My decor on top of the Allagan table is one thing I'm meh about. Ultima Weapon in the center, and in each circle around it, I've placed a globe, drinking apkallu, and a Carby lantern. The latter three are my issue.

What I do like about the table is that it's directly under my illumination model, and I've placed a purification model under it.

Between the table and the fireplace, I have a fairly boring oasis bed with a riviera dining table across it. I'm not too happy with how that looks at all. I was hoping something a little more...sacrifice worthy?

On my side walls, I have a behemoth head and a blazing inferno wall lamp across from each other. The first is alright, but the second is just awesome. I'm debating moving it over the fireplace, but I have Kan-E-Senna up there now and I'd sacrifice stuff to her. Any other suggestions on wall mounted things? Would the regular inferno wall lamp be too tacky with the blazing already there?

I do still have a bit of floor room too that could have something placed there.

Now, as to what prompted this post in the first place: walls and floor. I don't think the wood look I have works too well. I looked at the MB for options, might consider the stone for both, but would anything really look better? Is it possible to dye walls? I can't dye these walls that are placed so I assume not.

Like I mentioned, I'll try to get pics soon to help show off. Was just wondering if anyone else might have any ideas of things to cram in there!

I think it would help if we saw it first.

first, you will need a sacrifice.

Back on topic. I would suggest Masonwork flooring & interior wall for the basement, that will make it look dark (but it will and might not go well with the demon wall due to the demon wall is white colour) and instead if demon wall, I prefer use the gargoyle structur (those are also creepy dark), personally I am not sure about the fire place, it make the room very cozy.

base on your discription, I can image the room have a lot of bright light, personally I would not do that for a sacrifice room

Pictures! I'll move them to the main post later and organize, when I'm slightly less on the clock.

First pic is of the seemingly innocuous top floor with the "secret door."

    View from one end

    Close up of Allagan table

    Purification module active

Sacrifice altar with projection module activated (it's off center atm and will be fixed)

    Projection module non-activated

Blazing inferno lamp (could be turned off?)

    Behemoth head

agree with the masonwork floor as stated in another reply
that room is really bright so i'd probably use a dark wallpaper as well

get 6 oasis stalls, dye them black and place them on top of the bed ( two rows of 3) they should be about the same height as the bed, so when you lie down it'll appear you are on the black "table" vs being on a bed.. the bed should be completely hidden btw.
also add some candelabra's to the corners of your "sacrificial altar"
get rid of the cutesy stuff.. maybe add some stacks of books

    hope this helps

this is what the stall looks like

Alright, I'll give that suggestion a shot! I'll look for other things I can put on the table that's not so cute, just kinda used them for placeholders because you can't not fill those circle! And I'll look into that floor and wall, I'm always hesitant to buy them because it's hard to tell what they look like from the item icon!

    Thanks for the suggestions!

I feel like more candles are needed. And maybe some tonberries. XD

I feel the Sci-fi elements (like the table, ceiling light, and Ultima figure) are clashing with the general vibe of a sacrificial chamber.

I can somewhat see where you're coming from, but let me explain my choices.

The Ultima figure is badass looking, and I can't think of anything better for a ritual focus item. Maybe I could be trying to bring Ultima Weapon back?

The table was mostly a personal choice. I was getting iffy on it being there until I found out the purification module has an interactibility, so I put it under the table and when it's activated, it kind of looks like a portal is being opened over the focus imo. i like how the table cuts the orb off. Reminds me of some things that happened in Chrono Trigger (if I recall right, the rise of the Black Omen for example. I know something on the world map appeared as a blue dome and fired a laser.).

The ceiling lamp adds a bit to the portal effect, and could be considered the ritual summoning circle in lieu of a pentagram or the like.

I put the masonwork wall and flooring in, and I am absolutely in love with it. Thank you guys so much for the suggestion on that!

I'm still looking for a replacement for the table edges. I tried books, but it was kinda eh for me.

I started placing the oasis stalls (MB only had two up at the time), and that looks well. I just need to get me some jet black dye. Terebrith may have to suffice, though dunno if that's as close to black I can get without jet black dye.

I recently bought a Lord of Levin lamp, mostly because I forgot I wasn't in the wall-mounted section. Haven't quite figured out where to put it, though it may end up on the top floor.

Thanks for all the suggestions! It's much appreciated!

soot black actually dyes those tables to a really nice black color and is much easier to come by. glad you liked the walls and floor too

    add some tabletop candleabras too.

take a picture of what you have now to show us please so maybe we can make more suggestions to help
