Eternal Bond Dresses Issues

I recently fantasia'd to a female from male, and I made a support desk request for my suits to be switched to dresses so that I may use them in-game. Seeing as how I payed $20.00 for these goods and services I was hoping that this wouldn't be an issue, but in-game support refuses to switch these items for me. Is there any way to get this corrected, or am I just going to have to issue a charge back?

you can exchange gender specific items at the in-game NPC "Calamity Salvager". There is one in each of the 3 main cities.
