This sucks, my character is Ul'dahn and it's main melee class is pugilist, and it's main mage class is thaum, i'm in the perfect place. So imagine my surprise when my pugilist items are in gridania and my thaumaturge items are in limsa.
Seriously, that's messed up.
How about this, don't make class gear specific to one company, share the gear love. Why would any one company be gear exclusive to any classes anyway.

Step back, take a deep breath, and focus....

They only offer weapons to three classes because you are a recruit. Once you're a full member, they will offer weapons to other classes. Also possibly armor higher than R25.

Gear past recruit is most likely to be for more than just the classes they have offered now. We just have recruit-level offerings anyways. And I think if they do it like they've done all their quests, you can help someone out even if you're in a different company. Some quests have the *Up to X party members may accompany you* on them, and you can bring people to those even if they don't have the quest.

Yeah id have guess that we can help each other, and i know were short on detail, and im going worst case with that...

But how ever you spin it, if choosing a GC effects peoples gear/content not just the fluff/story content.
It's going to put me and my m8s and others i know in game in the situation where we have to chose to lose one or the other, with no good reason for it.
