and if there is one that you don't like how it turned out? theres a restaurant down the conner you can go up to the back door and leave em in front of the kitchen ;-)
MMM, you guys are starting to veer off topic with the "EATING" chocobos thing. We wanna make/raise, not kill/eat LOL.
How about this, would you be for Chocobo Creation (like character creation process) or Chocobo Raising (from egg/chick >full grown). Either way they will have to implement a baby chocobo, we cant all just be riding birds that are born full grown can we? I'd be ok with being able to pick how my chocobo is from the start via creation, but I'd rather have a system where i raised it with my own two hands

yes i'm for both ideas i really like the idea of a creation process (at least for color and detail for the final bird) AND raise it from an egg =) or have a choice in the matter.. maybe you buy a choco egg and once you begin the growth part you just have to choose a fav color then let the game surprise you with how it implements chosen color(s)MMM, you guys are starting to veer off topic with the "EATING" chocobos thing. or have two or three different BREEDS of chocos and have the game give another suprise with combination of color(s) and Breed(s)

Chocobos are going to be fun
Personal Chocobos will be even more fun~!
Living life one day at a time~!
Mending the past with the joys of today!
In FFXIII, your chocobo had three "life counters" that looked like little chocobo icons. Every time you were attacked by an enemy in Gran Pulse, you'd lose one icon. Once all were gone, you'd get knocked off your chocobo.
Sounds like a fairly similar system here.

FFT, FFXIII, um.. cutsenes in FFV lol...Being attacked while on chocoback - first time in franchise history? XD
My speculation is that the reason for taking damage on chocobo being implemented now is so they don't have to overhaul it when mounted battles become possible.

Ever since I saw the opening trailer and seeing that chocobo I was hoping that when chocobos were introduced that they would have some sort of storage that come along. If the dev team isn't working on this they should be.
That being said, if storage space for chocobos is planned upon release PLEASE don't make the mistake of having your loot lost if you get knocked off your chocobo. Not saying the dev team had plans to do this but if they did it would be a VERY bad idea.

A storage would be fine with the personal Chocobo. It wouldn't be bad if you get knocked off the chocobo, you can always call him again.
But the rental Chocobo shouldn't have a storage, I think

Same here, CupDeNoodles =) The trailer really made me hope that they would play a bigger role than just as transportation. Having them alongside you on the field as extra storage would be fantastic.Ever since I saw the opening trailer and seeing that chocobo I was hoping that when chocobos were introduced that they would have some sort of storage that come along.
