    In-game time: 7:55pm

    Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands. X:26 Y:14

    Steps:
    1. Started the Lance of Fury quest
    2. Went to location of quest marker
    3. Left the area and came back
    4. Logged off

    Nevermind...the NPC was in a different spot that I couldn't see him in.
