You had to purchase the premium stream for any of the 3 FanFests, or attend to the event live. That's how i remember it being. Correct me if i am wrong

Which stream did you watch? Your code should be in your Twitch email. If you attended one, I don't know what to tell ya. I personally didn't attend so I don't know how they distributed them.

i went with my girlfriend to the London festival (2x)
and then i watched the niconico stream, (x1)
Square Enix support has far from helped with the typical responses of "you'll get them when they're available" which is what ive had since November.
