They better not. No one would ever play AST if you failed a "Mudra" thing and couldn't heal. Healers are supposed to be quick and 100% that's why you'll never see a "Cure has missed the MT". There is a chance to it, like crits. But for the most part, when a healer pushes their heal button, the heal goes off* (latency and dead people not included in this message* lol).
