Fan Festival stream feedback

I loved the twitch feeds, and Im really happy I got to see the keynote for the niconico feed as well, but I do have one request for the next fan festival(s) in regards to the streaming live (especially since I paid for all 3 streams).

--Please show us around the showfloor on camera!! NA and EU did this where and when they could and I loved it! But sadly JP's feed didnt do this and it was very disappointing. I can't be at the events so its nice to see how it was, and how others enjoyed it. Maybe next time I'll save up to go!


Anyone else, have feedback regarding the fan festival or live streams of the event(s).

This may be a very silly question, but will i eventually be able to watch it on YouTube? I cannot watch the streams due to work, so do i miss out and get my fix via Forum posts or can i hope to be able to watch it all when i have a day free?

No, but you can purchase the stream after the fact, and rewatch it.

I love watching the Fan Festival streams and Live Letter streams. Was hoping to watch the Tokyo Fan Festival stream today and even registered with Niconico but can't get it without having to spend the money.

Shame a large franchise like Square Enix and a game such as A Realm Reborn only caters to the ones who can spend the additional money to enjoy events such as these.

The 600k subs x 10.00 each month must not be enough money to be able to stream the events on The Lodestone or Youtube for their loyal paying customers.

Guess I'll resign to reading about this event in the forums - since for now the forums are free to access

Yeah, same thing happened to me as well sadly. I tried and tried but each time I tried, it'd work at first then continue to re-direct me to a premium page for Nico Nico. This didn't happen before when I saw things on Nico Nico so I am hoping it was just some small issue with the 1st day of stream. :/

As a US based player of FFXIV, I would like to see the Tokyo live stream. So far I can't get them to take my money to watch it and yes I have been back and fore with chase trying to buy. I have to ask SE, why make it so hard to buy your stream in Tokyo. I didn't have any real trouble with the Vegas stream. I hate to ask but can you put it in the cash shop so English user have easier access to watching it later without having to deal with nico.

Overall I feel the experience was really nice.

My request of "feedback" does not apply to Fan fest specifically. But since my japanese is edgy to say at least, in both the cases where Koji Voiced over the Keynote, and Camate briefly commented the Q&A during the live letter, I can say from my part I thought that was absolutely awesome! and if the resources are there, could we have something similar to the upcoming Live letters? the live letters are scripted on before hand anyways are they not? and fair enough that everything cannot be translated, but just the sum up. (in the end of the day I read them on the forums afterwards anyways, but still, I liked that little text popping up here and there during the letter )

All in all, was a great job from everyone, really enjoyed watching it and getting all those Juicy Heavensward and 2.5 information.
