    "Revenge of Gilgamesh" kind of heavily implies we're going to fight him, so he's definitely not going to be the Mystery Trial.

    Anyroad I think it is pretty amazing that even now so close to 3.0 we are dealing with the consequences of what Nael did in 1.0. Ripping of Sephiroth aside, he sure knew how to be a villain.

    They could be an idea, makes a bit of sense and they would hide it because it would spoil the story a bit.

    If you recall, 2.1 came out with: Moggle Mog, Ultima HM, Garuda EX, Titan EX and Ifrit EX.

    Well, it was mostly because moggle and the EX were planned for 2.0 but like a lot of things, it came in 2.1.

    And Gilgamesh is part of the Hildabrand story. So, the mystery trial is probably going to be a primal that kind of just showed up. It can't be Zodiark because I think that is going into somewhere in 3.0.
