So Cidney is still a possibility.Prepare to be flabbergasted, then. Main Scenario NPCs aren't involved in Job quests because of the potential for it to make no sense; Cid teaching you to Machinist while he still has amnesia, for example.
I imagine it will be a similar situation to Yugiri and Ninja; You'll be taught by someone completely new, probably someone associated with Garlond Ironworks, and they'll make passing mentions of Cid.
No mention of FCoB Savage![]()
"Lighting not final"
Oh thank God.
I mean, it's not bad, but it's a bit smudgy and dim overall.
I hope they're smart enough to expand the expert roulette to include the existing expert dungeons rather than dumping the current 'expert' ones into the Hard Mode. The HM roulette is already pretty watered down now, and we really don't need any more dungeons added to it.
Normally I would agree with this, but I'm so ready to have Sastasha HM out of Expert roulette that I can tolerate this merging of old dungeons into HM roulette one last time....
True, he should be more like Inspector Jacques Clouseau than looney tunes ^_^Sure the whole thing with Godbert running around in short shorts and suplexing monsters is good for a laugh, but more and more SE just seem to be trying to turn Hildibrand into a one-dimensional Looney Tunes character for quick laughs. Which is a shame, as he really is an awesome character that managed to succeed despite his idiocy. But I'm just rambling here. :P

Classic!
I feel like making a new character just to see if the references to Lady Yugiri made throughout the questlines is default to everyone, or actually extra dialogue aimed at those who had completed the MS involving her.Prepare to be flabbergasted, then. Also, I hope its that lady who has been running the Ironworks in Cids absence. She amuses me.
I would agree, but Snowcloak and Sastasha already deserve to be in the High Level Roulette. Snowcloak is Brayflox HM (and Fenrir will never cease to disappoint me. Easier than Anantaboga. Ridiculous) and Sastasha... well, it's not a very interesting dungeon (and super sponge Kraken needed to have more attacks to be an interesting fight. Sadly it's just boring and takes forever to kill). Qarn is okay, but could have been better.I hope they're smart enough to expand the expert roulette to include the existing expert dungeons rather than dumping the current 'expert' ones into the Hard Mode. Basically, current Expert dungeons are already ready for High Level roulette, in my opinion :/
I'm wondering whether the "battle of Ishgard" thing will be along the same lines of what happened before the 1.0 servers went down.
I think it would be also the last time for a while
With 3.0 the lv50 dungeons would get moved into the low level roulette or would get a own roulette. The first lv 60 dungeons would be in high level roulette and the first new expert dungeons would show up with 3.1
Interestingly, if you have ninja either unlocked, or 50 (unsure which) Yugiri will mention during the main story for 2.4 (while you're tracking the traitor in the black shroud) that she can tell by your stance you've been practicing her art or some such like that.I feel like making a new character just to see if the references to Lady Yugiri made throughout the questlines is default to everyone, or actually extra dialogue aimed at those who had completed the MS involving her.
