Are you going to complain also that the BCoB and SCoB are now also "in the garbage" because the FCoB and the Poetics gear makes them obsolete? That's pretty much your argument right now as even in that content, you have to roll against others while also hoping for your items to drop.

Yes, for those who can't get the T9 clear, it is a nice thing to have. But, without belittling those players, if clearing T9 is that much of a challenge, with an echo included, out gearing the turns is only a way of getting through the turns using brute force. The FCoB won't allow that. If people have their Shiva weapons, fair play to 'em anyway.
