i115 PLD/i114 WAR in need of new home.

I'm a tank main, i115 PLD/i114 WAR t10/11 down, and I'm in need of a new FC/static. I've cleared t10 the past two weeks and got my t11 clear this week. My exp thus far with T12 is a few videos and the notes I have taken. I can make just about any raid time after 1600 EST and consider myself a high level player. I own a mic, and am vocal when it's needed. For future content I am currently gearing DPS off sets (if in a OT position). I'm working on DRG and MNK and once I decide what I want to play that will will be i110+ by next weekend. I also have healers at 105+ and a BRD at 110+ but prefer to not play it. At a minimum I prefer the group to be sub 40% on T11, prefer pushing T12. I've done high level raiding in other MMOs as well so I'm no stranger to theory crafting and min/maxing. I do my best to play at the highest level and I'm always looking for ways to squeeze that little extra bit out and I expect the same from the raid group. just wondering if you were still interested in finding a static. my group has cleared t10 and t11 for a while now, and due to players work schedules changing we had to look to find new members, currently we've been down to 53%(add phase) of t12. my static is based in Excalibur server and we raid tuesday, wednesday, and thursday from 7-10pm eastern. if you are interested please get back to me asap as we are looking for a tank immidiatley!
