Any aspiring Astrologian players for Heavenswawrd?

They're synonyms, but Astrologer is literally all of one skill. It's a big stretch to say that it even counts as a job at all considering outside of Galaxy Stop/Celestial Stasis it's just a Squire. I'd say it's more likely to have more in common with Oracle from FFV than Astrologer, if just because Oracle at least seems like a kind of gimmick they may try and pull.

This is what I mean. It's literally just a Squire with an additional ability and a name change. And it's not even playable outside the one guy. Who is a guest... in one battle (excluding Rendezvous).

Considering my character's name is based off a constellation and I main between scholar and white mage (depending on which gear sets i find), I'd honestly be surprised if this class did not become my new main.

I main whm and i am slowly working on scholar... I love healing. However I get easily distracted... So gardening, gathering, minions, mounts, crafting and more keep me busy. I will be a master four star crafter one day.

I love being a whm but as soon as the expansion hits - i am going for this class all the way!

Curious to see how the Job is going to work exactly. I mean WHM is more strong with Raid Healing and Burst Healing. SCH is great with mitigation and good MP management. Wondering if they are gonna make this Job more of a HOT healer or not.

HoT-centric seems most likely to me in terms of giving it distinct use cases and strengths compared to the others.

I'll be doing all three of the new jobs. Machinist will definitely be kept so I have a ranged DPS(not a huge fan of bird), but I'll see how Dark Knight and Astrologian turn out to see if I'll make them my main over my current choice of tank/healer.
